Where do I go for 1:1 product support or compliance questions?

We’ll have a variety of Florence product sessions happening during Research Revolution.

User Conference: We’ll be hosting 1:1 Product office hours with the Florence team to get any questions answered and wish lists written!

Research Revolution: Be on the lookout for our product sessions happening during regular conference sessions. If you have one on one questions about product, compliance or Florence communities, come see us at the Flo Corner in the Expo Hall.

What networking opportunities are planned?

There will be plenty ways to connect at the Research Revolution conference! Here are a few that you can look forward to:

  • Florence Corner: Think of it as a home base. Pop by early to see what’s happening in the User Community and Site Enablement League.

  • Bamboozle Gameshow: Trust us on this one. Shared laughs and instant connections. Don’t skip the fun stuff, it’s where the best connections happen.

  • Swag Wall & Flokens: Earn your Flokens through our conference app and completing challenges – you’ll score big at the Swag Wall in the Expo Hall.
  • Wellness Activations:
      • Access to Wellness Room: Quiet space with low key activities to give you some space to relax and let your introvert-self shine (and recharge)
      • Free massages (yes, really) from The NOW Buckhead – sign up on site required.

      • Morning yoga on the outdoor terrace Tuesday morning at 7:00am

LOGISTICS

What’s the dress code for the conference and the networking events?

We like to keep it pretty casual – Smart or business casual suggested. Feel free to bring active wear in case you’d like to join us at yoga or work out at the hotel gym (hotel guests only). We also would also suggest bringing a jacket or sweater as conference rooms tend to get cold.

Is there an event app or printed agenda?

Yes, we’ll have a mobile app with all the details, session times, and a few fun surprises. We won’t be using paper agendas (paper is so 1900s), but we’ll have digital signage and plenty of Flo support in case you need directions or information.

Will meals be provided?

We like where your head’s at – food’s the most important to us too. Breakfast and lunch are included on conference days, plus coffee breaks and snacks to keep the ideas flowing. Dinners are on your own – be sure to check out the amazing restaurants Midtown has to offer!

TRAVEL AND LODGING

Are there any recommended arrival times if I want to attend Sunday sessions?

If you’re joining us for Sunday programming, arrive in Atlanta by Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Flo Pro Certification starts with breakfast at 8:00 am on Sunday, and the User Conference begins at 2:00 pm. (Read: don’t book that 1:00 pm flight landing – the Atlanta airport and traffic will keep you away from the fun!)

How do you recommend getting from the airport to the hotel?

Taking the MARTA Rail line from the airport is a great option for getting to the hotel at a low cost. Take the red or gold line north to the Midtown stop and you’ll have a .3 mile walk to the hotel.

Rideshare is also available from the airport – head to baggage claim and follow signage to the rideshare pick up location.

What’s the best place for me to stay for Research Revolution?

We have a limited room block  available until October 13th at the Loews Hotel. In the case you’re unable to stay at the hotel, there are plenty of alternate hotel options within walking distance to the Loews in Midtown.

What do I have access to while staying at the Loews Hotel?

All hotel guests get complimentary access to The Exhale Spa and Wellness Center located within the hotel. Guests of the Loews hotel will also get a special discount on spa services at Exhale.
