Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and transfer policy for Research Revolution 2025:

  • Up to 14 days before the event: 50% refund available.
  • Within 14 days before the event: No refunds available.
  • Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no additional cost up to 14 days before the event.

All requests for cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing to Nisha on the Research Revolution team: nisha.kavalam@florencehc.com
