Yes. The User Conference and Flo Pro Certification are designed for all clinical research professionals, not just current Florence customers.

The User Conference is included with your Research Revolution ticket. Just select it when you register.

Flo Pro Certification is a paid add-on this year built for eBinder super users. Limited seats remain, so add it to your registration soon if you'd like to join.

Check-in is on Sunday, October 25 and Monday, October 26 at The Westin Peachtree Plaza.

  • Flo Pro Certification attendees: Check in at Augusta Terrace on the 7th floor starting at 10:00 am on Sunday.
  • General conference attendees: Check in at Peachtree Terrace on the 8th floor from 1:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday, or starting at 7:45 am on Monday with breakfast.

Conference swag will be in the Expo Hall, open Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Tuesday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Research Revolution is one of the few events that puts sites, sponsors, CROs, and technology vendors in the same room. Panels are structured so all segments are represented, which means the conversation happens between the people who actually run trials, not just at them. We keep the room intimate on purpose so attendees can have real conversations about making trials faster, safer, and less costly.

Agenda and Sessions

Research Revolution is an in-person event, and sessions will not be livestreamed this year.

  • Flo Pro Certification starts with lunch at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 25.
  • General conference check-in opens at 1:00 pm on Sunday.
  • The Welcome Reception is a dessert reception at the Sun Dial Bar from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, 73 stories above Atlanta.
  • Breakfast is at 7:45 am on Monday, and the opening keynote starts at 8:45 am.
  • The Gameshow takes over the main room Monday at 4:30 pm, and the After Party runs from 7:30 to 10:30 pm at the Georgia Aquarium.
  • The User Conference starts at 1:45 pm on Tuesday, after lunch.
  • We close out at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 27.

Yes. 23 sessions are eligible for CE credits. Attendees are responsible for tracking their own attendance and submitting it to their accrediting body. Credits are subject to that body's review and acceptance under its own criteria, and Florence does not issue certificates. Keep a record of your participation in case you're randomly selected for the maintenance verification process.

There are a few places to go in the Expo Hall:

  • Flo Corner: Your home base for questions about Florence products, compliance, and our communities.
  • AI Genius Bar: Connect with an AWS representative and a Florence AI expert to talk through your questions about AI in clinical research.
  • Ask an Advisor: Book a free 1:1 meeting with an industry consultant for on-site support and advice. Booking links will be available on site and in the event app.

The User Conference on Tuesday afternoon is also built for the people who use Florence every day.

There are plenty of ways to connect at Research Revolution:

  • Sunday dessert reception: Kick things off at the Sun Dial Bar with dessert and a view of the city from 73 stories up.
  • Flo Corner: Stop by the Expo Hall early to see what's happening in the User Community and Site Enablement League.
  • The Gameshow: Monday at 4:30 pm, right after sessions. Trust us on this one. Shared laughs make for the fastest connections.
  • After Party at the Georgia Aquarium: Monday from 7:30 to 10:30 pm, with dinner included.
  • Wellness Room: Open Monday and Tuesday. It's a quiet space with low-key activities where you can step away and recharge.

Logistics

We keep it casual, and smart or business casual is suggested. Bring a jacket or sweater, since conference rooms tend to run cold.

Yes, we'll have a mobile app with all the details, session times, and a few fun surprises. We won't be printing paper agendas (paper is so 1900s), but there will be digital signage and plenty of Flo support on site to help you find your way.

We like where your head's at. Food matters to us too.

  • Sunday: Flo Pro participants get lunch, coffee and snacks, and everyone is invited to the evening dessert reception.
  • Monday: Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are included, and dinner is served at the After Party.
  • Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are included.

Sunday and Tuesday dinners are on your own, and downtown Atlanta has plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

Shuttles will run from the Westin to the Georgia Aquarium. If you'd rather stretch your legs, it's a 0.6-mile walk.

Travel and Lodging

If you're joining Flo Pro Certification, plan to arrive in Atlanta Saturday evening, since lunch starts at 11:00 am Sunday. General attendees can arrive Sunday, with check-in opening at 1:00 pm. Give yourself a buffer, though, because the Atlanta airport and traffic can be unpredictable.

MARTA is the easiest low-cost option. Take the Red or Gold line north to Peachtree Center station, which is a short walk from The Westin Peachtree Plaza. Rideshare is also available: head to baggage claim and follow the signs to the rideshare pickup area.

The Westin Peachtree Plaza (210 Peachtree St NW) is our host hotel, and the conference rate of $269 per night is available through October 9. Book through the hotel page on our website.

The Westin offers valet parking only, based on availability. Rates are $35 for up to 3 hours, $50 for 3 to 6 hours, and $60 for over 6 hours or overnight, with in-and-out privileges for overnight guests. Rates are subject to change.

See You in Atlanta

We can't wait to have you in the room. Sites, sponsors, CROs, and technology vendors will spend two days working out how trials get faster, safer, and less costly, together. Pack your questions, bring your curiosity, and get ready to meet the people you'll be calling the Monday after. One ecosystem, one future.
